Industrial Aluminum Profiles
Industrial aluminum profiles provide easy and versatile assembly thanks to their channeled structure.
Industrial aluminum profiles are a special material that meets the needs of the sector in many areas such as chassis, cabin, table, conveyor, cnc, area closure.
The reasons why aluminum is preferred in applications can be listed as follows.
- Aluminum is light. It weighs only one third of the weight of a steel material of the same volume.
- Aluminum is resistant to weather conditions, food products and many liquids and gases used in daily life.
- Aluminum has an attractive appearance for both interior and exterior architecture and this beautiful appearance can be maintained for a long time.
- The strength of various aluminum alloys is equal to or higher than the strength of normal structural steel.
- Aluminum is an elastic material. Therefore, it is resistant to sudden impacts. In addition, its strength does not decrease at low temperatures as in steel.
- Aluminum is an easy-to-process metal.
- Aluminum conducts heat and electricity as well as copper.

Profile Channel Structures
Basically designed and produced according to 3 different channel structures. 6 Slot, 8 Slot and 10 Slot.
Profiles According to Wall Thickness
Generally, there are 4 types of profile groups in our portfolio based on wall thickness.
Wall thicknesses are Ultra Super Light (1.3 mm), Super Light (1.5 mm), Light (2.1 mm) and Heavy (2.5 mm) industrial aluminium profiles, respectively.
It is important to choose the right profile according to where it will be used in the relevant application and the load it will be exposed to. Choosing an Ultra Super Light series profile in an application with high load will jeopardize the safety of the system, while choosing a heavy series in an application where there is very simple and almost no load will seriously increase the cost of the system.
Classification of Profiles
We can classify our profiles according to their places of use and structures as follows.
